OMED26 will bring together osteopathic physicians and the healthcare team for one event this October 22 through October 25 at Caesars Palace Las Vegas, Nevada. Earn up to 60 Category 1-A Credits and up to 20 Category 1-B Credits.

Description
An AOA Affiliate President and Executive Director/CEO Summit will be held in-person during OMED 2026 on Thursday, Oct. 22, 2026 from 4 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. Pacific Time. This summit will bring together divisional society and specialty college affiliate presidents for peer connection, shared learning, and practical takeaways. Executive Directors/CEOs are encouraged to attend with their affiliate president. Affiliate presidents-elect are welcome to attend on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to Hope Hurley at hhurley@osteopathic.org if you would like your affiliate president-elect to participate.

The Main Stage keynote panel will discuss one of the most important challenges in modern healthcare: how to keep patients at the center of care amid increasing complexity, technological advancement, and systemic change. Through the lens of osteopathic philosophy, physician leadership, and real-world patient experiences, panelists will explore the evolving meaning of whole-person care, the role of empathy and human connection in a digital age, and the actions healthcare leaders can take to ensure healthcare systems are designed around the needs of patients. Award recognition for the following awards: The Journal of Osteopathic Medicine award recipients and the Mentor of the Year recipient. Breakfast provided.

The Advocates for the AOA (AAOA) are excited to host the A.T. Still Fit for Life Fun Run 2026 in Las Vegas, NV! The 5K walk/run will take place in Sunset Park, located at 2601 E. Sunset Rd. Transportation to the location will be provided for participants. Please consider being a sponsor for this event. All proceeds go towards the AAOA special projects grant fund.
