Simon T. Bailey

Simon T. Bailey equips health care leaders and teams with the mindset and tools to thrive from the inside out. Bailey holds an Executive MBA from the Royal Docks School of Business and Law at the University of East London as well as three honorary doctorate degrees. As a researcher, his groundbreaking report, “State of Working America,” has reshaped how we understand workplace resilience and brilliance, especially in the health care space.

His latest book, Resilience@Work: How to Coach Yourself into a Thriving Future, has been honored with the 2025 Next Generation Indie Book Award and recognized as a 2025 Independent Press Award winner, affirming its timely impact for today’s soul-weary workforce. His expertise honed as a former sales director at the Disney Institute blends world-class patient and employee experience with practical leadership strategy.

Ben Debelek, DO, aka DrBenComedy

Ben Debelek, DO, also known as DrBenComedy, is a Nashville-based comedian who merges his career as a board-certified, orthopedic surgeon with a passion for clean, crowd-pleasing humor. Dr. Ben’s comedy journey took off after a few open mic nights transformed into headlining his own sold-out shows, Dr. Ben & Friends, at Zanie’s in Nashville, proudly “putting the med in comedy!”

Dr. Ben’s relatable, laugh-out-loud material quickly gained traction and led to exciting new collaborations. His breakthrough performances, such as The Sidewalk Surgeon, showcase his ability to connect with diverse audiences who celebrate clean comedy.

This main stage keynote with DrBenComedy will wrap up the day with laughter. Whether he’s replacing a knee or joking about peeing in Morse code, Dr. Ben delivers laughter with surgical precision.
